About our Puppies

We plan several litters each year.

For your peace of mind all our puppies are guaranteed family reared (my children play with them every day as part of their chores), not inbred, and come with (as basic) first vaccination, microchip and worming, plus an extensive puppy manual. Personality Matching involves you completing an Owner Questionnaire so we can ascertain what temperament puppy would suit you best. When the pups are close to 7 weeks old we then put them each through 8 personality tests that result in them getting a score which reveals their personality. This allows us to match owners with their best fit puppy and ensures that inexperienced owners or those with very small children don’t end up with boisterous, high energy dogs.

Our Puppies come with

  • A Lifetime Money-Back Health Guarantee of non life-threatening inherited disorders.
  • Personality matching to each family so that your new family member’s temperament fits your household composition and ownership experience as optimally as possible. This is especially important if you have small children in your family and/or are a first-time owner.
  • Standard “up to date vaccination and worming” and are MICROCHIPPED.
  • Puppy’s socialisation off to a great start, from having been raised as part of our work-from-home family, scientifically proven to reduce the likelihood of behavioral issues later in life (good reason NOT to buy from pet shops or puppy mills!).
  • Photo or video updates of their progress as puppies.
  • A full “Puppy Manual” that covers your puppy’s care, grooming, training etc, plus information on how to inexpensively feed your dog throughout its life for optimal health and minimal vet bills.
  • Dewclaws removed (for health and safety reasons).

Have had their first full groom and clip.

Registered ANKC pedigree papers (limited/ pet only register)

Microchip

Crate-acclimatised to make crate toilet training a breeze.

Chew toy conditioned to enjoy chew toys

Supplied with a heartbeat toy embedded with litter blanket to help them transition happily to their new home.

We also invite our families down to our farm when their babies are 5-6weeks old for a morning of mimosa’s, morning tea and puppy cuddles. This gives our families an opportunity to meet the parents and the rest of the gang and see how we raise their babies.
I deliver pups to perth at 8 weeks old for “gotcha day” and we deliver to the airport for interstate families at 10 weeks.
I truely believe that buying a puppy should be THE most joyous purchase and we do our upmost to include our families on the journey from ultrasound pictures to live birthing updates and video facetimes.

The Process

Once you’ve decided that a miniature schnauzer is your heart’s desire and chosen to work with me as your breeder, the journey begins. Your first decision will be selecting the color and sex of your future puppy. I will provide details on upcoming litters, expected colors, and an approximate timeframe (keeping in mind that timing can vary, as heats are somewhat unpredictable).
The next step involves completing an owner questionnaire, which I will send to you. This document helps me get to know you better your lifestyle, the personality traits that would best suit you and includes your contact details for Dogs West paperwork and microchip registration.
After receiving your questionnaire, I’ll invite you to join the waitlist by paying a deposit. This secures your position on the list and guarantees you’ll be offered a puppy when one becomes available.
When the puppies are born, I’ll contact you to present your options, ideally including your first choice. You can then decide to accept the offer, wait for a different puppy from another litter, or leave the waitlist. If you accept, I’ll email a formal written offer detailing exactly which puppy from which litter you’ll be purchasing, creating a paper trail for your protection.
Finally, the exciting yet challenging part begins awaiting the day to bring your puppy home! You’ll receive plenty of updates, including photos and open day information, to help you prepare for your new family member. I’m always here for you, offering support and guidance throughout the life of your dog, ready to assist with any questions along the way.
